Publication – Magazine
Created a magazine called ‘Culture Today’. This is a worldwide magazine focusing on the culture of today. This is the first issue of the magazine for which the theme is ‘the Role of Culture in bringing together Families’.
MY PROCESS
For this project, I first experimented with various grids and finally decided to choose a modular grid since it was the most flexible one. Even the type I had chosen matched with the modular grid. Also making a magazine was a great experience, I also understood how it was different from just a normal book.
In this issue, we explore the many ways culture fosters family unity. From shared meals to festive celebrations, we uncover the traditions that keep families close, no matter how far apart they may be. The grid system I have used is a modular grid. The style I have used is minimalism along with trying to keep up with my magazine theme: ‘Culture’.
