Modus 7.0

MODUS is the annual showcase event coordinated and hosted by the students and faculty of the Department of Communication Design at Unitedworld Institute of Design, Karnavati University. Our theme this year was Design Underground.

Design Underground is a way of thinking, not a fixed style. It represents raw, experimental, anti-polish design that rejects templates, stock aesthetics, and “brand-safe” visuals. This year, the work was loud, tactile, messy, and expressive, with walls used like sketchbooks, installations spilling across spaces, hand-made marks, glitches, collage, and bold typography carrying the message.

I served as the Core Coordinator for MODUS 7.0. As the only core coordinator from Semester 6, I coordinated between student teams and faculty and supported the planning and execution of the event. The experience strengthened skills in leadership, communication, and large scale coordination within a design education context, particularly through the execution of the theme
